As part of your Hera program, you’ll have unlimited access to the personalised Hera app where you can record your progress photos, measurements and daily weigh-ins, and where we can monitor your progress and send you reminders to keep you on track.
Hi. My name is Freya. I started with Hera back in October last year. In the Feb- ruary of that same year, I herniated a disc in my back. And with three little kids, that was quite a hard time for us. I was in a lot of pain. I did Physio and Pilates and decided then that I needed to lose weight. I lost about 15 kilos up until Oc- tober. Why I started with Hera was I had still had a lot of niggling pain and I knew that I needed to change my training program. And I had been at the same weight for quite a while and I needed help. I went with Hero because of the physiotherapist in Keira and their nutritionists. They're very passionate about women's health and they’re mothers themselves. Keira got me on the straight and narrow with my nutrition straight away it was very evident I was under eat- ing and she had me hitting my macros and my energy levels, and everything went up straight away. But I continued to lose weight. I've lost an extra ten ki- los. Since being with Keira and with the structured training program, I've noticed a huge difference in my strengths. And now I'm pain free. I'm doing everything that I was doing pre kids and having the ability to measure your progress, that's been really beneficial. And I've done all that with a very basic home gym. The program allowed me to do all the workouts from home and still get results. It's been fantastic. I couldn't recommend them enough.
Hi, guys. My name's Lizzie. I began my journey in January of last year. So I did one on one coaching with Kera for three to four months and lost twelve kilos in that time. I then used all of the things you taught me and continued on my own and lost a further 20 kilos. I've lost 32 kilos all up and still has a little bit more to go. But I will get there, and I know I'll get there. I think the biggest thing that I've taken away is all about nutrition, not restricting myself. I have my chocolate every day, exercise, making sure I get my walks in every day. I cannot go a day without going for my walk. Now just part of my life, and the big major one is the mindset. I’ve been with HERA for approx 9 months now, and I have achieved incredible results. First few months was a fat loss phase and now I’m in maint/build phase, and the support from Keira has been incredible. The main aspect of being able to achieve my goal is mindset.
